Package conditions
- Home FibreLAN Plus is available exclusively for individual subscribers.
- Monthly service fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The 4,800 THB installation and external wiring fee is payable in the first bill. Alternatively, this fee is waived if the service is maintained for 12 or 24 consecutive billing cycles (depending on the package). If terminated before the contract period, the company reserves the right to charge the installation fee proportional to the remaining months.
- The entry fee is 800 THB (discounted from 2,000 THB). This will be refunded as a 100 THB monthly discount for 8 billing cycles. The refund will be suspended during any temporary service suspension.
- Relocation of the installation point is not permitted within the first 6 months. Relocating during this period will immediately terminate all promotional benefits and privileges associated with this package.
